Gilbert House Fellowship #229: From Gilgal Refaim to Glasgow

WE’RE BACK with a brief summary of highlights from our whirlwind tours of the Holy Land and the UK.

Derek and Sharon on the Temple Mount

We discuss sites we visited, such as Gilgal Refaim, Joshua’s altar, and Harosheth Haggoyim (the headquarters of Sisera, commander of the army of the Canaanite king Jabin), the amazing artifacts at the British Museum, and an incredible divine appointment at the site of Aleister Crowley’s home overlooking Loch Ness.

Our next study of the Old Testament begins with Genesis 1 next week!

Hi, Claire: No, comments are allowed. We just have to approve them (prevents spam and discourages trolls), but since I’m traveling this weekend it didn’t happen as quickly as it should have.

  7. Having started from the beginning of the archives, we’re finally to this point. Thank you for sharing your experiences on the trip. Not only do you bring more of the Bible to life, but also the Redwing books. With Michael being bed-ridden, not being able to make these wonderful trips with you, getting to hear your memories and see the DVD you made available has made us feel like we were there too! I want to thank you for the sharing and the teaching. And we look forward to meeting you both some day, here, or THERE!
